Gift Guide: Toddlers

It’s that time of year again! Christmas will be here before we know it! In order to make your life easier and take the guess work out of gift giving, I’ll be posting gift guides over the next few weeks.
First up, toddlers! Since I have a little one at home, she gets most of my focus this time of year. Let’s face it, it’s just more fun to gift kids! I did my research and gathered a few of the hottest toys for tots!

1.) Thomas and Friends Super Station. This multi-system track allows kids to play with multiple different engines and can be configured into multiple different layouts to keep your kiddos entertained.
2.) BABY GUND ‘Flappy The Elephant’ my daughter received this as a gift last year and it is absolutely adorable. Flappy stays in here crib and when she wakes up in the morning she pushes one of his feet to either play peek-a-boo or to have him sing to her. On numerous occasions, Flappy has allowed me to get a little extra sleep!
3.) All things Moana. I don’t know a kid that isn’t obsessed with Moana right now. My daughter has this exact plush doll that she carries around and snuggles up to. We also picked up a Moana doll from Costco that she will be opening Christmas morning.
4.) Doc McStuffins All-in-one nursery. Little ones can pretend to be Doc and help care for their babies. It features a light up laptop with sounds, a rocking cradle, and a scale to measure babies height and weight.
5.) LeapFrog My Pal Scout, or My Pal Violet. Another lifesaver in our house! Violet also stays in my daughters crib and is part of our bedtime routine. Every night we snuggle her up and rock her for 5 minutes while violet plays lullabies. Our pediatrician recommended we do the same routine every single night in order to let our little one know it was bedtime. Which in turn, helps her go down easily and without a fight. She was always a good sleeper, but the moment we started doing the exact same thing every night it was life changing. She no longer gets upset when we lay her down for bedtime and it only takes us 5 minutes!
6.) Teddy Ruxpin. He’s back and better than ever! The new Teddy Ruxpin has LCD eyes with expressions that sync to the story he is telling. His hands allow for kids to start, pause, and skip to a new story.
7.) furReal Roarin’ Tyler the tiger or furReal Roarin’ Ivory. How cute are these interactive Tigers?! With over 100 different sound and motion combinations, your little Tiger will roar back if you roar at him.
8.) Little Tikes 3-in-1 Sports Zone. You can bet this will be under the tree this Christmas. My girl already loves to kick soccer balls around so I’m sure she is going to love this! I love that the sides fold in for easy storage!
9.) LeapFrog Scoop and Learn Ice Cream Cart. Another one that is sure to be under my tree. This adorable little cart helps kids learn colors, matching, memory, and number sequence.
